SAN MARTIN N\u00b0 111, QUE SE DILIGENCI\u00d3 A RAIZ DE UNA DENUNCIA DE \u201cHURTO-ESTAFA\u201d DE UNA TARJETA DE DEBITO EN EL CAJERO AUTOMATICO DEL BANCO PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES DE ESTE MEDIO.<\/p>\n
QUE A RAIZ DEL TRABAJO INVESTIGATIVO LLEVADO ADELANTE POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL POLICIAL DE LA SUBESTACI\u00d3N DE POLICIA DE SIERRA DE LA VENTANA, LOGRAN PROBAR LA AUTORTIA DEL HECHO, SIENDO COMETIDO POR EL CIUDADANO MAXIMILIANO VIERA, QUIEN, AL INGRESAR AL CAJERO DE ESTA SUCURSAL BANCARIA, DA CUENTA QUE LA SE\u00d1ORA DAMNIFICADA, QUIEN SALIO MOMENTOS ANTES DE DICHO CAJERO, SE HABIA OLVIDADO LA SESI\u00d3N ABIERTA. HACIENDO PROPICIA LA OPORTUNIDAD PARA EXTRAERLE DINERO EN EFECTIVO DE SU CUENTA Y, POSTERIORMENTE, HURTAR DICHA TARJETA PARA, MOMENTOS MAS TARDE, REALIZAR VARIAS TRANSACCIONES EN DISTINTOS COMERCIOS, POR UN MONTO APROXIMADO DE 200.000 PESOS ARGENTINOS.<\/p>\n
QUE DICHO ALLANAMIENTO ARROJA\u00a0RESULTADOS POSITIVOS,\u00a0HALLANDO EN EL DOMICILIO LA TOTALIDAD DE LAS PRENDAS UTILIZADAS POR EL IMPUTADO VIERA AL MOMENTO DE RALIZAR EL HECHO DELICTIVO, QUEDANDO REGISTRO EN LAS DISTINTAS CAMARAS DE SEGURIDAD DEL LUGAR.<\/p>\n
EN ESTE MOMENTO SE HACE OPORTUNO ACLARAR DESDE ESTA SECRETARIA, QUE EL LOCAL COMERCIAL \u201cSARA\u2019S HOME & DECO\u201d DE ESTE MEDIO, NO TUVO RELACION DIRECTA CON EL HECHO DELICTIVO, QUE LA CONFUSION SE GENER\u00d3 A RAIZ DE UNA MALA INTERPRETACI\u00d3N DE LOS MEDIOS DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N LOCALES, YA QUE LA DILIGENCIA LLEVADA A CABO SE REALIZ\u00d3 EN EL DOMICILIO DE VIERA, EL CUAL SE ENCUENTRA UBICADO SOBRE DICHO LOCAL COMERCIAL Y A LA VIVIENDA SE INGRESA A TRAVES DEL MISMO.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
