{"id":3751,"date":"2023-03-06T18:34:33","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T17:34:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infosaldungaray.com\/?p=3751"},"modified":"2023-03-06T18:34:33","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T17:34:33","slug":"cronograma-de-la-capacitacion-sobre-la-ley-de-celiaquia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infosaldungaray.com\/?p=3751","title":{"rendered":"Cronograma de la capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la ley de celiaqu\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Producci\u00f3n, Comercio e Industria, junto a la Subsecretar\u00eda de Bromatolog\u00eda y Zoonosis, informan los d\u00edas y horarios en los que se brindar\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la ley n\u00b015375 de la legislatura bonaerense, sobre celiaqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa establece que todos los establecimientos gastron\u00f3micos deben ofrecer dos o m\u00e1s opciones de alimentos libre de gluten (sin TACC).<\/p>\n<p>Por tal motivo, se desarrollar\u00e1 una capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica- pr\u00e1ctica, \u201cBuenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufactura para la Manipulaci\u00f3n, Elaboraci\u00f3n y\/o Distribuci\u00f3n de Alimentos Libres de Gluten\u201d, en las siguientes locaciones:<\/p>\n<p>-Tornquist:\u00a027 y 28 de marzo, de 14 a 18hs en el SUM del Centro de Jubilados.<\/p>\n<p>-Sierra de la Ventana: 29 y 30 de marzo, de 14 a 18hs en el Centro Cultural.<\/p>\n<p>Los interesados en acceder a la formaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1n inscribirse en el siguiente link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/gbbWxfNepZLZ1Sa36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/<wbr \/>gbbWxfNepZLZ1Sa36<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para mayor informaci\u00f3n los interesados deber\u00e1n acercarse a la oficina de la cartera de producci\u00f3n, en Av.
